Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma/ GED strongly preferred.
• 1–5 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• 2–4 years in logistics field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and processes to help employees contribute their best.
• Hire, train, coach, develop staff and provide feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day department ops and meet Turn-around Time requirements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost containment within the department.
