Qualifications

• 1-5 years Supervisory or leadership experience
• Associates Degree (Preferred)

• Valid State driver's license with a driving record that meets Quest Driver's Safety requirements (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead people and processes creating an environment where employees can contribute their best.
• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations and workflow to meet Turn-around Time (TAT) requirements.
• Ensure safety, ergonomics, inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of department.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and training programs.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and performance; administer annual appraisals.
• Handle budgeting and cost containment initiatives within the department.
