Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The role supports daily client pick-up services, route monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

The position requires a high school diploma with preferred associates degree and 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm with flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities related client pick-up services for LabCorp test samples.
• Monitor route progress via Roadnet system to ensure timely route arrival/deliveries to branch.
• Monitor route progress via Roadnet system to ensure expected service levels are maintained.
• Dispatch calls from CSPUP portal to routes via Roadnet system.
• Assist dispatch and service reps with research and problem investigation.
