Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience working in a logistics and/or manufacturing operations role.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written, to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervises logistics team; plans meetings, performance appraisals, staffing, and time/attendance.
• Leads shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow; coordinates with operations on material releases.
• Collaborates with management, operations engineering, quality, HR on goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Plans and implements new methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Monitors inventories to meet production needs.
• Responds to emergencies and troubleshoots production issues.
• Performs safety audits and 6S program facilitation.
• Assists with budget and goal setting for the operation.
• Ensures compliance with company and EHS rules.
• Anticipates stakeholder needs and optimizes scheduling and resources.
• Maintains accountability and drives continuous improvement.
