Qualifications

• Knowledge of export regulations (ITAR, FAA, AS9100) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring packaging, labeling, and documentation meet standards.
• Supervise inbound shipments, verify materials, and maintain inventory accuracy in ERP systems.
• Enforce compliance, quality assurance, and strict recordkeeping for traceability.
• Lead and train shipping, receiving, hardware & cycle counters personnel; drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to optimize materials flow and communicate delays.
