Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and Line Driver personnel, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily warehouse monitoring and stocking production lines.

The role requires 4+ years of supervisory logistics experience, familiarity with SAP/WMS, and a strong focus on on-time delivery in a manufacturing setting. On-site work with a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years supervisory experience leading logistics/distribution
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor performance of warehouse logistics staff.
• Set and enforce on-time delivery, receiving requirements, and material delivery to plants.
• Ensure lines are staffed with line drivers and monitor backflush levels.
• Define and meet department operation metrics and targets.
• Ensure staff understands expectations and performance standards.
• Implement all company programs and best practices across the logistics function.
