Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Required Experience: 2 - 4 Years
• Transportation or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations, along with experience in operation of computerized fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assists with day-to-day administration of transportation and delivery functions.
• Monitors DOT logs and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Tracks driver information: license status, tickets, accidents and safety data.
• Ensures delivery paperwork and DVIRs are completed.
• Works to minimize operating expenses and optimize routes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
