Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions required
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and associates to align with customer business objectives.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs and collaborate with local customer on needs.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans; manage P&L.
• Promote a safe work culture and compliance with regulations; coach through observations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings; drive growth and customer experience.
• Oversee fleet/assets utilization and liaise with PTL district and vendors.
