Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years of manufacturing logistics experience, ERP proficiency, and proven supervision of 1–5 staff. You will ensure 98% inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, and safe, compliant operations at the on-site facility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience supervising 1–5 employees in warehouse/logistics.
• Hands-on with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience using an ERP system for inventory transactions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory operations.
• Lead, train, and hold accountable a team of 1–5 employees.
• Manage inventory control and cycle counting activities with >98% accuracy.
• Receive, weigh, count, label, package, and ship manufactured parts.
• Coordinate movement of parts through outside processing (plating, coating, etc.).
• Track parts through internal and external manufacturing processes to support schedules.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions for inventory movements and outsourced processing.
• Reconcile quantities and documentation for parts with outside processors.
• Work with Production/Purchasing/Quality to prevent production delays.
• Identify and resolve inventory, shipping, and logistics issues using root-cause methods.
• Ensure proper documentation and safe handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR where applicable.
• Maintain shipping/inventory records and compliance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
