Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking an Logistics Supervisor for the AM shift. You will oversee warehouse and shipping activities, coach a team, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will work cross-functionally to improve inventory, labor productivity, and customer service metrics.

The role requires a 3–5 year background in distribution or supply chain, with ERP/WMS/WES experience preferred and a focus on people development and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in distribution/warehouse or supply chain management.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and train team members.
• Ensure standard work procedures enable accurate inventory counts.
• Develop staffing model to meet inbound and outbound shipments.
• Hire, train, and grow hourly associates to exceed customer expectations.
• Responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.
