Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. is seeking a Logistics supervisor to manage warehouse and shipping activities across shifts. You will coach a team of associates to foster safety, quality, and service, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve inventory management and labor productivity.

The role emphasizes food and beverage industry experience, ERP/WMS/WES proficiency, and leadership to drive continuous improvements in distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Distribution/Warehouse or supply chain management.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety on the floor and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts across raw materials and finished goods locations.
• Develop staffing model to meet inbound/outbound shipment requirements and carrier relations.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly associates to meet customer expectations and drive results.
• Oversee responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.
• Other duties as necessary.
