Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Madison, Alabama to oversee the flow of materials across two plants. You will directly coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, supervise material handlers, and ensure safety procedures while optimizing space and workflow to meet production schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years in a logistics supervisory or inventory control capacity, a High School Diploma, and basic Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics supervisor role, material handling or inventory controls.
• High School Diploma.
• Basic level Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of materials across two plants and supervise material handlers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and shipping.
• Promote safety and efficiency in warehousing and material handling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (production, scheduling, quality) to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate cycle counting with Master Scheduler and implement improvement plans.
• Secure and oversee shipping arrangements and manage BOL and shipping documentation.
