• Support carrier negotiations and freight agreements.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, shipping expenses, and service levels.
• Resolve delays, discrepancies, and freight-related issues.
• Review bills of lading, shipping documents, orders, and logistics dashboards.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can lead a team, manage freight, build strong carrier relationships, control costs, and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Own
