Open Hand Atlanta Inc is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage staff and finished goods delivery, ensuring orders reach customers on time while complying with food safety and safety policies. You will lead the Picking and Delivery teams on a day-to-day basis and drive cost-conscious, high-quality operations.
You will coach on the manufacturing floor, monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turns, review route performance with carriers, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

The Logistics Supervisor is also responsible for successful logistics management of staff and product (finished goods) to ensure all internal and external customers receive their orders as intended. Ensures compliance with all food safety, human safety, SOPs and policies. Direct and motivate Picking and Delivery team members to perform in the highest quality, most productive, cost-conscious, and safe manner. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management of unit costs, waste, process validation, quality assurance, food & human safety, vehicle maintenance, measuring and reporting on KPIs that drive business decisions and success.
