The successful candidate will have a HS diploma and 1+ year supervisory experience in transportation or warehousing, with pay between $60,000 and $61,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish schedules and coordinate shift operations.
• Accountable for site KPI and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team coaching and performance reviews.
