Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and status of loads.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries and verify on-time arrival in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data before marking delivered.
• Investigate product variances and complete documentation.
• Schedule, reschedule, and assign loads based on guidance from account managers.
• Provide detailed routing directions to drivers.
