Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $45.00/hr

As a Logistics Specialist IV, you will review logistics documentation to establish a pipeline for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and manuals needed for shipping and stocking. Responsibilities include routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, managing records of equipment, components, repair parts, and manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper storage allocation. You will ensure compliance with state, federal, and global regulations and coordinate import/export requirements.

Its capabilities include design, integration, testing, certification, training, and logistics support, tailored to customer needs with a proven record of on-time and within-budget delivery.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High school diploma or GED and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
• A higher degree may substitute for experience
• Related experience considered in lieu of education
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques
• Experience with inventory databases

Qualifications We Prefer

• Familiarity with AvPro or similar systems
• HazMat Training/Certification
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Experience with shipping databases (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
• Current CDL and clean driving record
• Understanding of Shelf Life
• Background in Aerospace, Defense, US Department of Defense, or US Military
