Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics at our Memphis, TN location. You will provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination to ensure smooth freight movements across our network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with railroads and carriers to plan, schedule, and track freight movements.
• Communicate with railroads and carrier dispatch teams to ensure on-time movement of loads.
• Monitor daily pickups, interchanges, and deliveries and resolve delays as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers to keep loads on schedule.
• Validate load data prior to marking shipments as delivered for accounting.
