Job summary

Samsung SDS America, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Project Specialist to lead end-to-end proposal development and solution design for new business.

You will coordinate with operations, IT (WMS/TMS), and client stakeholders to craft compelling delivery plans. You will conduct on-site assessments, draft To-Be models, drive stabilization and rollout of Cello modules, and support ongoing optimization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring or operating WMS/TMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and transportation planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for analysis and presentation.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for open bidding and RFPs/RFQs.
• Conduct on-site warehouse assessments and As-Is analyses from customer data.
• Develop To-Be models and win strategies; prepare proposals.
• Design Master Plans for Key Account Management with sales leadership.
• Set up WMS/TMS configurations (Cello) and stabilize systems.
• Provide on-site operational support and training; ensure ongoing optimization.
• Act as liaison between operations, IT, finance, and vendors.
• Research industry trends and AI-powered analytics to strengthen proposals.
