LG Electronics USA is seeking a skilled logistics professional to manage Direct Shipment operations, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery while coordinating with customers and internal teams. You will simulate Reverse PO scenarios, secure orders, and improve shipment visibility with data-driven reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, 3+ years of experience, and strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Strong relationship builder and communicator.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries.
• Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results.
• Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
• Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics.
• Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements.
