Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage hands-on shipment movement across locations, including obtaining freight quotes and coordinating wrap-and-roll freight for asset transfers. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Parts & Service Manager and may involve limited support to the Parts & Service department.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or freight coordination.
• Experience obtaining and comparing freight quotes; familiarity with LTL/FTL and wrap-and-roll freight.
• Strong organizational and multi-shipment management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with carriers and internal teams.
• Proficient with Excel or similar inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate point-to-point logistics for shipments and assets.
• Obtain freight quotes from manufacturers and compare options.
• Set up wrap-and-roll freight for asset transfers.
• Book and schedule shipments; track ETAs and delays.
• Review shipping docs and maintain shipment history.
