Job summary

Sofidel America of Elwood is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team. This local, long-term role offers stability and opportunities for growth in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include FG cycle counts, SAP and E80 system support, FG inventory accuracy, and daily FG Goods Receipts. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; prior experience preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Finished Goods (FG) cycle counts.
• Address and support E80 system issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain FG inventory accuracy and drive optimization efforts.
• Assist with Handling Unit (HU) management.
• Support inventory accuracy in SAP & E80 through reconciliation (RECON) checks.
• Assist with all FG processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track, communicate, and elevate FG material shortages.
• Support staffing needs as required.
• Assist with daily FG Goods Receipts (GRs).
• Work with Leads to manage spills and drive assigned warehouse projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with all Finished Goods (FG) cycle counts

Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and operate in a warehouse environment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Exposure to moving equipment and automated systems

This will be a Level 5 position. The main qualifications are as follows:

Must be a current Level 3 to apply.

• Basic SAP knowledge
• Proficiency in E80 system
• Forklift and Roll Clamp certified
• General knowledge of cycle counting
