Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a reliable Warehouse - Inventory & Logistics Associate to support inventory, shipping, receiving, and production operations in a fast-paced warehouse and data center environment. This position offers a 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent opportunity, with pay between $19 and $20 per hour.

Key duties include ensuring inventory billing accuracy, preparing merchandise for shipment, scheduling deliveries, maintaining records, and adhering to safety

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Production Operator, Assembler, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Inventory Associate, or Logistics Associate preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and work with inventory management processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment or willing to learn.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including occasional exposure to hot or cold conditions.
  • Warehouse and data center setting.
  • Exposure to moving mechanical equipment.
  • Temperature ranges generally between 60°F and 90°F, with occasional higher temperatures.
  • Safety-focused environment with established operational procedures.
