PURPOSE

As a Logistics Specialist (Account Manager), you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and hardworking team. You will advocate for customers, helping them understand transportation nuances and troubleshooting issues. You will partner with clients and coworkers to solve problems creatively and effectively, building relationships and supporting their business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate daily with internal and external customers
• Maintain high activity levels via phone and CRM system
• Research, identify, and capitalize on profitable opportunities
• Consult customers on fees, products, and services
• Support customers in navigating service disruptions
