Logistics Quality Management Specialist

Greenville, SC | 18-Month W2 Contract | Medical Benefits Included

A leading global energy and manufacturing organization is seeking a Logistics Quality Management Specialist to support logistics process standardization and documentation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, trade compliance, or manufacturing, with a strong focus on technical writing and document control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a centralized library of 250+ logistics documents and standard work procedures.
• Organize, store, and update documentation using secure internal servers or cloud-based systems.
• Catalog existing documents and identify process gaps through structured gap analysis.
• Coordinate with functional process owners to review, update, and approve standard work instructions.
• Ensure consistency in formatting and compliance with internal QMS standards across Levels 2, 3, and 4 documentation.
• Publish and manage internal and external document access via SharePoint.
• Track project milestones, report on progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support additional documentation and quality-related tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Quality.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, trade compliance, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proactive approach to documentation and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
