Support efforts and ensure the delivery of equipment, supplies, and related services to on and off base training locations. Support logistical operations that promote efficiency and quality to ensure cost-effective results. Ensure activities comply with applicable federal, state, and Centerra/ITP-OST policies and procedures, and are performed in accordance with contractual agreements with the Department of Energy. Assist with the development and implementation of Logistical Plans supporting the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) training program.

Responsibilities

• Implement logistical support requirements for on-site and off-site training exercises.
• Coordinate departmental property management system.
• Support the implementation of a departmental Quality Assurance Program to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the implementation of a departmental Security Program to protect government property and facilities efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Contribute to team efforts aligned with Centerra/ITP-OST mission, goals, and objectives, completing tasks professionally and promptly.
• Operate assigned OST government vehicles in compliance with Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, classroom, or outdoor training environment. Exposure to dust, fumes, loud noises, and outdoor elements is possible. Typical business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some extended or weekend hours as required.

Physical Requirements

May involve lifting and carrying items weighing up to 68 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending during the workday.
