ManpowerGroup's client in logistics is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Operations Department in Fairfield, OH. The role involves providing logistics support, order entry, routing, dispatching and traffic coordination to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of logistics experience, general knowledge of the transportation industry, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update account managers on problem loads and communicate load status to receivers and customers.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely and condition-compliant arrivals.
• Coordinate delivery appointments, validate load data, and provide detailed routing instructions to drivers.

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Provide logistics support including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination.
