ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading energy organization to recruit a Program Manager, Supply Chain, in Columbus, Ohio. You will lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and coordinate with senior leadership to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities.

You will manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of milestones, maintain program artifacts such as charters and roadmaps,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or senior project management in complex technology environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and drive cross-unit alignment.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, EAC, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelora0s degree; PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.

As a Program Manager Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Process Intelligence department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Supply Chain

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $83- $85 on hourly

• Oversee resource planning, vendor relationships, and contractual negotiations to align with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in program or senior project management within complex technology environments.

• Proven success in communicating with senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, EAC, and executive financial reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
