Role Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and mail within our facility.

How you will make a difference

• Making and arranging shipments and filling orders
• Physically picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment accurately
• Unpacking and verifying goods against purchase orders, RMAs, or invoices, and communicating any issues
• Maintaining records of cycle counts, receiving, RMAs, and shipments, including data entry
• Storing and distributing materials to inventory locations and technicians’ bins
• Performing periodic cycle counts and reconciliation
• Stocking received materials into inventory following FIFO rules
• Preparing products for export and final delivery to customers
• Performing front desk duties, such as checking in customers or vendors
• Handling other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar role
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with ERP/MRP systems is required
• Effective communication with colleagues
• Experience in securely packing goods for shipment
• Strong work habits, including cooperation, time management, and multitasking
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Basic math and record-keeping skills
• Ability to read and follow operational and safety procedures in English

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 20 kg regularly and 20+ kg occasionally
• Potential overtime based on customer needs
• Standing, walking, and pushing carts are routine
• Work occurs in a warehouse and office setting with temperature fluctuations
