Job summary

Anker Innovations in the United States seeks an experienced logistics operations professional to manage US domestic transportation and West US 3PL warehouse activities.

You will coordinate PTW projects, vendor relations, and daily dispatch, while ensuring SLA compliance, data accuracy, and timely billing reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cross-border logistics, overseas warehouse or US transportation operation; North America logistics experience preferred.
• Familiar with US domestic transportation and 3PL warehouse workflows, SLA management and vendor reconciliation.

• Able to support urgent issues per US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US domestic transportation and daily operations of West US RSO 3PL warehouses.
• Support PTW project execution from data compilation to supplier coordination and handover with line haul teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors; perform monthly reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor 3PL vendor performance, onboarding, system integration and issue resolution.
• Provide US-time emergency support for warehouse dispatching, BOL handling, and shipment exceptions.

Job description

1. US Local Transport & West US 3PL Management Oversee US domestic transportation and daily operations of West US RSO 3PL warehouses. Monitor inbound palletizing quality, ensure last-mile SLA compliance, and manage daily service billing and reconciliation accuracy.

2. PTW (Port-to-Warehouse) Operation Support Support end-to-end PTW project execution, including data compilation, RFP preparation, cost comparison, and supplier coordination. Assist in project trial run, daily/weekly project sync, risk tracking and issue resolution. After PTW launch, support handover with line haul teams, coordinate with customs brokers, carriers and forwarders, and maintain accurate TMS status updates to ensure transportation safety and on-time performance.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, line haul and logistics procurement. Conduct monthly reconciliation and follow up payment procedures for all PTW vendors.

4. Vendor Operation & Compliance Management Monitor operational performance of LTL/FTL and courier carriers, support regular safety spot checks and monthly performance reviews. Assist in vendor onboarding, system integration, and standard alignment. Track recurring operational issues, coordinate vendor meetings, and drive problem closure.

5. Daily Operation Support Provide US-time emergency support for warehouse dispatching, BOL handling, and shipment exception resolution. Support West US outsourced manpower recruitment and staffing coordination. Attend regular weekly business and project meetings to report progress and follow up action items.
