Job summary

Jobtailor in Austin seeks a senior US supply chain leader to own end-to-end operations from order creation to customer delivery. You will manage despatch, on-time delivery, invoice reconciliation and logistics reporting, while acting as the primary owner of the US 3PL relationship.

You will drive inventory control, month-end reconciliation and stock discrepancy resolution, oversee returns, and support US B2B operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US supply chain, logistics or fulfilment operations within a DTC, ecommerce or omnichannel consumer brand.
• Strong track record managing 3PL partners across performance, SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of returns and reverse logistics within a 3PL environment.
• Familiarity with WMS, OMS and ERP systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling business.
• Ability to build processes as well as follow them.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with logistics, planning, finance, tech and commercial teams.
