Recruitment Specialist - Hiring for Biotech, Chemical & Medical Device Manufacturing Clients across United States

Position context

1. Responsible for ensuring import orders are delivered on time; keep the areas informed about the ETA in USA and Canada if delays occur.
2. Facilitate the export of products to customers worldwide, including Asia Pacific, Latin America, EU, China & Far East.
3. Manage orders properly, coordinate shipping/handling to meet documentation and delivery deadlines set by Affiliates.
4. Coordinate with Global Supply Chain, Production, Shipping, and Logistics to resolve daily order fulfillment issues.

Knowledge and Educational Level

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
2. Knowledge of Warehousing, Transportation, and Hazmat materials.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external parties.
4. Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP (R/3 and Business Warehouse).

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a global, complex matrix organization, preferably in the Animal Nutrition industry.
2. At least 5 years of experience in import and export activities.
3. Experience with outsourcing complex distribution and warehousing activities.
4. Experience in project management with global processes and cross-functional teams.
5. Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience dealing with authorities and audits.
