We have an opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to join our Delavan, WI team. You will help manage distribution and logistics activities for the IFT Segment, collaborating with the Distribution and Logistics teams. This role requires organizing and completing daily workloads, including filing international documents per compliance requirements and supporting the Distribution team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Utilizing transportation provider software systems for documentation printing and uploading.
  • Assisting carriers and logistics department to ensure efficient transportation execution.
  • Organizing and maintaining logistics documentation.
  • Understanding and complying with all relevant state, federal, environmental, safety, and hazardous material regulations.
  • Participating in planning sessions and supporting department projects.
  • Preparing BOLs and related documents as needed.
  • Driving efficiency and resolving issues through research and communication.
  • Understanding department and business objectives.
  • Interacting with Distribution and supporting Lean activities like 5S, Material Flow, and cycle counting.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Buyers, and Distribution, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and cost goals.
  • Demonstrating initiative and professionalism as part of a team.
  • Leading claim recovery activities for IF.
  • Managing other activities as assigned by the manager.
Key Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills for data organization and maintenance.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Distribution or Logistics.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow within the organization.
Compensation:

The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position in Delavan, WI, is $61,200 to $113,600, based on experience and qualifications. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and organizational needs. The position may also be eligible for bonuses.
