Job summary

Harvey Nash in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Sample Coordinator on a 12-month contract. You will manage sample inventory, track distribution to SEA and external teams, and coordinate shipping to internal offices, ensuring accurate records in Excel.

Responsibilities include scrapping old inventory, receiving samples from headquarters, and distributing to two Bellevue teams, with occasional direct deliveries to Mobile office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRMENTS:

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management for samples (internal and external)
• Tracking and distribution of samples within SEA and external
• Responsible for scrapping/recycling old inventory
• Responsible for shipping samples to internal and external teams
• Transportation and distribution of samples to T-Mobile HQ
• Should be able to drive and pick up boxes
• Examine documents, materials and products, in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standardsst and specifications.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years related experience required

Additional job details:

• Project coordination experience is preferred
• Manage and track inventory of test samples/mobile devices, including phones and tablets.
• Receive samples from headquarters and distribute them to two teams in the Bellevue office.
• Ship samples to various testing teams and occasionally deliver samples directly to the Mobile office.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage/check in incoming inventory.
• Scrap/dispose of old inventory as required.
• Review collateral and specifications for labels and ensure they match required specification documents.
• Maintain an inventory/sample tracking list in Excel.
