Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. in College Park is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales Executives and Directors in developing new business.

You will coordinate with operations and product teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and other client information, acting as the first contact for customers and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes customer onboarding, RFQ/RFI support, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring timely, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, confident and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives and Directors with proposals, quotes, and information from operations and product teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, internal operations, and the sales team.
• Assist in responding to escalated sales inquiries by coordinating with operations and overseas offices.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Interact with employees and customers professionally.
• Use a computer to update CRM and communicate via email/phone.
• Present to customers and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
