Job summary

Johnstone-Supply in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help receive, store, and pick items for customer orders. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and operate basic material-handling equipment in a busy warehouse setting.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain a REAL ID or passport within 90 days. Prior forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus; lifting up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting any damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
• Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
• Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.
