Benchmark Electronics Inc. is hiring for a full-time Shipping/Receiving role in Winona, Minnesota. The position operates in Shift 2 with a M-Th 14:54–00:54 schedule, offering a pay range of $15.83–$19.78 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience in materials/warehouse preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unpack items, verify against orders, and record received goods.
• Prepare and record merchandise shipments, post weights and charges.
• Count and pack items; check against packing lists.
• May train entry-level staff and operate a forklift.
• Process receipts and shipments in ERP system; maintain dock records.
• Support security and quality commitments; contribute to continuous improvement.
