Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Wisconsin seeks a Shipper/Material Handler to support warehouse operations, unloading trucks, operating PIT equipment and cranes, and recording material movements in SAP.

Responsibilities include staging and transporting items, storing goods per the warehouse layout, performing cycle counts, and assisting with inventory accuracy using handheld scanners. Must read work instructions and lift materials safely.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating PIT equipment and cranes, or willingness to be trained and certified.
• Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, labels, and inventory documentation; lift and move materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipping orders from supervisor or lead.
• Move items to staging area using PIT and cranes.
• Unload inbound trucks and record receipts in SAP.
• Transport materials within the warehouse using PIT and cranes.
• Store materials in designated locations per layout and safety standards.
• Perform replenishment to support production and fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory.
• Record all movements and transactions in SAP.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Identify and report discrepancies or unsafe conditions.
• Follow PPE and equipment safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse.
