Job summary

Motion Industries in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving, pick and pack orders, and prepare items for delivery. You will ensure accurate fulfillment and maintain organized inventory to meet customer expectations.

Under supervision, you will process returns, support counter sales or invoicing as needed, and operate a forklift if certified. A safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment is expected and encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determines which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales orders.
• Picks orders and checks for accuracy before delivery.
• Prepares items for delivery to customers and ensures safe packaging.
• Maintains inventory organization and reports damaged items.
• May operate a forklift or similar equipment and process counter sales or invoices.
