The Atlas Group in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead a team, manage the daily shipping log, and ensure accurate packaging and marking of parts before they are sent to customers.

You will supervise shipping, receiving and kitting, drive process improvements, run daily reports, coordinate with other departments, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills including MS Office and good organization.
MRP experience.
Prior team management experience in aircraft-related environment.
Ability to count parts and maintain inventory control.
High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsabilités

Direct and supervise shipping, receiving and kitting staff.
Ensure cross-training and coverage for all functions.
Complete duties during workloads, including packing, posting POs, and forklift operation.
Run daily reports and monitor metrics.
Approve hourly employee time sheets and maintain POD scans.
Coordinate with other departments to ship parts and materials.
Maintain equipment functionality and replenish supplies.
Remove parts from inventory as requested by inspection.
