• 1+ year shipping, receiving or logistics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for tracking inventory, data analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations including DOT and hazmat.
• Verify shipping documents for regulated materials.
• Maintain SAP data integrity and input shipment details.
• Coordinate dock scheduling and freight shipments across modes.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts.
• Assist in month-end closing and KPIs tracking.
• Provide customer service and status updates on shipments.
• Support lean/logistics process improvements.
