Job summary

Astronautics Corporation of America seeks a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at our Oak Creek, Wisconsin headquarters to unload, verify, and ship parts and supplies. You will drive a forklift, process shipments, and ensure paperwork aligns with ERP data and customer requirements.

The role collaborates across departments to manage domestic, government, and export shipments while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. person under U.S. export regulations.
• Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of shipping and/or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Proficient computer skills include the ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to accurately prepare shipping documentation while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
• Must have forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages from trucks and verify information and paperwork.
• Prepare, package, document, and ship to customers and suppliers worldwide.
• Coordinate end-to-end receiving and shipping process.
• Create and process shipments using ERP and shipping software.
• Receive products and prepare them for shipment.
• Label and prepare shipping containers to ensure safe transportation.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and delivered on schedule.
