Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Massachusetts to handle data entry, shipment verification, and daily inbound/outbound processes.

You will generate reports, schedule pickups, and maintain accurate records to support efficient warehouse operations. The role requires 1 year in data processing or clerical warehouse work, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of data processing experience in a distribution center.
• 1 year of warehouse/clerical experience using standard practices.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• RF equipment familiarity preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry in the assigned work area.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Generate labels for daily production orders.
• Track rack audit information monthly.
• Maintain inventory and office supplies.
• Prepare custom reports from the Warehouse Management System.
• Support other departments and adhere to policies.
