Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work area complying with policies and regulations.
• Keep accurate records, logs, and shipping documents.
• Prepare all special labels for customer orders.
• Prepare reports for management and internal teams as needed.
• Assist brokers/drivers/customers with paperwork for loads.
• Manage dock schedules and interplant load planning to ensure on-time shipments.
• Process high volume inbound/outbound loads to meet delivery dates.
• Verify delivery notes for special instructions and highlight for material handlers.
• Use system tools (AS400, SAP, CAT2) to obtain shipment lists, print pick lists, and post orders.
