Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for transportation operations
• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks
• Maintain bills of lading and shipping records
• Coordinate with dock staff and communicate product status
• Track inventory across systems (ERP, WMS)
• Create picks accurately and timely
• Assist with weekly close and task prioritization
• Handle miscellaneous duties related to shipping and receiving
