Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations (DOT, IATA) is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
• Prepare shipping documentation including labels, bills of lading, and invoices.
• Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and minimize product damage.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent service to internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reporting.
• Perform related tasks as needed by supervisor/manager.
