Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative support role in a professional setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process bills of lading, shipping documents, freight bills, and other paperwork.
• Ensure the shipping office is stocked and organized for daily operations.
• Develop and organize shipping routes to optimize delivery times and costs.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with sales and production to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with shippers, carriers, and customers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with production and sales to align on schedules.
• Monitor shipping department productivity and report on efficiency.
• Provide leadership support as Traffic Manager or Shipping Supervisor when required.
• Perform other duties to support shipping and transportation functions.
