Job summary

Infra Pipes is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to load/unload trailers, organize inventory, and process shipments in our New Jersey facility. You will coordinate with plant teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery while maintaining a safe shipping environment.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, forklift or heavy machinery experience, and a valid driver's license. Training on LEAN/5S and safety is provided, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift and/or heavy machinery experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to work modified shifts, as required by business volumes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, package, and load finished products onto flatbed trucks following safety protocols.
• Prepare shipments by pulling, assembling, palletizing, stretch-wrapping and labeling.
• Verify shipments by inspecting and counting to confirm accuracy and timely delivery.
• Store inventory in designated locations and maintain organized stock areas.
• Deliver materials to plant areas as needed and move pipe to yard storage.
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes per safety policies.
• Participate in periodic shipping department inventory counts.
• Support LEAN and 5S initiatives and stay aligned with safety training.
