Job summary

Cleanslate invites applications for a Warehouse Receiver to join our Production team in Linden, NJ. You will verify deliveries, enter data into SAP/WMS, and manage loading/unloading and staging of goods.

The role requires forklift experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate in indoor/outdoor environments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with pay at $20 per hour and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse software and systems (WMS, SAP).
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Delivery verification: ensure deliveries match PO, check condition, verify lot numbers and expirations.
• System entry: scan/record deliveries into WMS or SAP.
• Loading/unloading: manage indoor/outdoor loading regardless of weather.
• Staging and QC: place items in staging area until QC clearance.
• Finished goods: scan and move to outbound staging area.
• Pallet management: wrap pallets and ensure correct WMS labeling.
• Quality assurance: conduct inspections of finished goods.
• Rework documentation: log and store re-work items.
• Component staging: move components per Production Manager work orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and plant.
