Job summary

Lowe’s in Port Reading, NJ seeks a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep backrooms organized for a safe, customer-friendly store. This position is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

You will help customers, verify deliveries, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety and housekeeping guidelines.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift or power equipment is preferred.
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by helping customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prep docks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra devices.
• Assist team with other tasks as needed.
